Kelly – Lili Raubinek

Kelly is a foul-mouthed, egocentric and somewhat introverted persona.
She loves women and somedays men too. Her only virtue is truthfulness.
She despises animals however fights to death for the burning rainforests.
She likes to lie and is not afraid to do so.
At the end of her exuberant life, she croaks in the Impasse Retirement Home. As a young and fair maid, she is to commit suicide due to an unexpected failure of her love life.
Her ouvre is unfinished.
We’ve been all there, imagining ourselves to be someone else – just for hours, days perhaps. Leonardo DiCaprio for instance from “The Beach” or Scooby-Doo or the girl from junior high with the best grades without any effort, Prince Harry maybe, a common princess, a necromancer wizard, just younger or simply non-existent.

Kelly is to mold and molt herself through all these, creating space for the crowd; dismantling each till only the residue of the self remains.
