You’ve probably wondered how you could change your media habits. Let us tell you, you don’t have to pay for a yoga camp to implement a digital detox into your daily life. All it takes is a few motivating ideas, advice and real insights to take control of your time. Join the workshop if you want a more balanced relationship with your phone and time-eating social media apps! The session will be held by Tünde Taxner, a communication and media researcher, PhD student and lecturer at Corvinus University of Budapest.
