    You are capable of far more than you think. This class will reveal that you have more strength and flexibility than you imagined before. We will warm up with specific mobility exercises to develop our functional strength and flexibility. In this context, functional means a movement quality that you can utilize in your everyday life, that makes your joints bulletproof, and develops your coordination skills as well. The Colorado Mobility class ends with a „tricks” session. In this part we will apply the mobility drills of the first part to create new shapes, movement tricks, inversions and flows.
