It would be a shame to miss out on observing the wildlife around us. The same popular nature walk programme that has been held in Kolorádó in previous years will be open to flora and fauna lovers this year as well.

The aim of the programme is to help visitors understand the natural world around the festival and to make them aware of the habitats and natural values they are spending their time in. The programme consists of two parts, an interactive presentation followed by a 4 km guided walk. The tour will be a hands-on experience, including bird watching, habitat features and relevant ecological relationships, identification of flowers, fungi, trees and insects, and observation of the area’s indigenous inhabitants.

The lecture will be given by Veronika Benedek, Education and Communication Officer of the MME – Hungarian Ornithological Society, and the tour will be led together with Attila Stark (mushroom inspector).
