    AdniYoga is a social enterprise for mental and physical health. Their aim is to bring the harmonising effects of yoga, meditation and relaxation to people from disadvantaged backgrounds. They have been working with 15 groups – such as children in care and refugee women – for 5 years now, through regular charity classes. With us, you’re not just doing yoga, you’re doing good!

    • Friday 10.00 am Invigorating Yoga – Get ready for the day with a refreshing workout to keep the momentum going into the evening!
    • Saturday 10.00 am Regenerative Yoga – Relax with us after a hard day’s work and take on the last day with renewed energy!
